- This year's Cognac Festival - "La Fête du Cognac" takes place from 11 to 2014 July. Cognacs tastings, regional meals, musical evenings, nautical animations and a pyrotechnic show will be in the menu of this 6th edition.
- The ABC Cognac (Home Distillers Association)organize, with the support of the BNIC the first Summer Tour 2014 Gabare, Cognac and Pineau downstream. Sales and tasting of Cognac, musical events will be proposed in Châteauneuf on July 30th, Cognac on August 2nd, Saintes on August 6th and Rochefort on July 30th.
